COVID-19 Pandemic: A Consequential Global Hazard to Public Mental Health

Background: The outbreak of COVID-19 infection in humans first reported Wuhan (China) which has spread around the world and having a significant impact on global health mental health. It caused widespread psychosocial behavioural changes as result mass hysteria, economic burden, financial losses, addition to its high infectivity increased mortality rates. 
 Method: Published articles regarding related other previous infections have been considered reviewed.
 Comments: pervasive fear COVID-19, named "coronaphobia," resulted with slew psychiatric manifestations people from all walks life. affected point life, resulting variety issues such anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), uncertainty, panic attacks, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, xenophobia, racism. Collective concerns an daily behaviours, economy, prevention strategies, decision-making by policymakers, organisations, medical centres, can weaken control strategies lead morbidity needs level.
